Roles & responsibilities:
– Forming the  PMO Office and procedure.
– Drafting the adequate document and provide guidance on PMO rules and procedures.
– Managing and Coordinating  Division/Department Managers to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
– Planning and execution of project management within the time and budget and provide the training to the staffs.
– – Providing the financial report to the superior/ CEO.
